Our Story

La Mirada Concrete was founded in 2023 by a crew that grew up in the La Mirada area and spent years watching contractors cut corners on the very homes their neighbors live in. La Mirada is a city built mostly in the late 1950s and 1960s, and a huge share of the driveways, patios, and flatwork on those properties is now 50 to 60 years old. The concrete is cracking, the bases have shifted with the clay soils, and homeowners deserve a local team that actually knows what causes those problems.

We started this company because we wanted to do things the right way - proper base prep for the clay soils that run through this area, permits pulled before work begins, and honest pricing that does not change once the crew shows up. Most of our work comes from referrals from people in La Mirada, Norwalk, Cerritos, and the surrounding cities who told a neighbor about a driveway or patio that actually held up.
